2. Fixation and Reinforcement

Timbers are evenly laid under the equipment for support. Tensioners and channel steel are rigidly fixed around the box body with multipoint binding and locking to eliminate shaking, displacement, collision and deformation during transportation.

2. Paint Surface Protection

Protective sleeves are installed on exposed corners and pipe nozzles of the equipment. The whole vehicle is wrapped with rainproof stretch film to avoid anticorrosion layer damage caused by rainwater, dust and scratches during transportation.

3. Pipe Nozzle Sealing

All inlet and outlet flanged nozzles are sealed with steel plates to prevent sundries and rainwater from entering the equipment cavity and ensure internal cleanliness.

4. Standard Lifting Operation

Special lifting points are used for hoisting throughout the process. Singlepoint lifting and side lifting are strictly prohibited to keep the box structure free from deformation.

III. Wholeprocess Transportation Control

1. After factory loading, onsite inspection is conducted for fixation firmness and appearance integrity with photos filed for record.
2. Dedicated personnel track vehicle logistics during land transportation, strictly control driving speed and avoid bumpy road sections.
3. Upon arrival at the port, appearance reinspection is carried out before ship loading and container stuffing with handover records completed at the port.

1. Moistureproof and Rustproof Treatment for Sea Transportation
2. The whole equipment is wrapped with moistureproof and rustproof film, and desiccants are placed inside the box to prevent rust in highhumidity marine environment.
3. The equipment is properly placed in the cabin, far from seawater spraying areas with isolation protection implemented.
4. Packing list, equipment documents and commodity inspection certificates are attached with the cargo to ensure smooth customs clearance.

1. Delivery & Acceptance

After the cargo arrives at the destination port, we can cooperate with customers to complete unpacking appearance acceptance and structural inspection, ensuring the equipment is intact with complete performance and meets onsite installation requirements for overseas projects.
